Occasionally, CenterEdge may need to access your software to perform troubleshooting steps. To allow us to do this, you will have to grant us permission. You can give temporary admin access to your software in one of the following ways.
At a Station With a Keyboard
- From any Advantage application, press Ctrl + Shift + H on the keyboard.
- Click Grant CenterEdge Admin Access.
- Click Yes at the prompt asking whether to grant CenterEdge admin access.
At a Station Without a Keyboard
- From Manager Console, click Maintenance.
- Double-click Personnel.
- Double-click Grant CenterEdge Admin Access.
- Click Yes to confirm.
