Guest waivers are now linked directly to tickets purchased via the webstore. This enhancement allows staff to quickly validate waiver completion during ticket processing and redemption.
Guest Experience
When a guest purchases an item that requires a waiver, the confirmation page indicates that a waiver is required both in a banner above the receipt and in a notice below the title of the item. A guest can click Sign Waiver directly from the purchase confirmation screen. The purchased ticket is associated with the order number and becomes available for processing within POS.
Processing Tickets
Inside the Process Tickets screen, the ticket displays with its linked item information. The system recognizes that the ticket is associated with a waiver-required product, allowing the operator to verify waiver completion during redemption.
Team members can also search the order number to view all tickets tied to the purchase. The order details display the linked ticket number, item description, and current status. This provides a clear connection between the order, ticket, and waiver-required item.
Waiver Verification
The Waiver Verification screen allows team members to verify a waiver is on file. The waiver is automatically associated with the linked ticket, ensuring compliance before ticket redemption or check-in.
