Frequently Asked Questions
What are Graphical Calendars?
The Graphical Calendar feature lets you turn an image of all or part of your location into an interactive map guests can use to make bookings online when the physical location of that booking is a relevant factor. It is often used for Cabanas or Cabins.
What is the Booking Process Like?
The booking process is part of event booking on your webstore. Once guests have accessed the event type tied to a graphical calendar, the process proceeds just like an event. After users select their time slot, they will be directed to an image you've added that can be clicked. Normally outlined in blue, clickable areas will turn purple to indicate they are selected. Users confirm their selection and the rest of the process stays the same.
How do I Enable Graphical Calendars?
If you're on the latest version of fast track with a webstore, you'll need to request the feature from CenterEdge. A team member will work with you upon initial setup . After this is complete, you can follow the instructions here to create additional calendars.
Why are There Areas I don't Recognize in my Graphical Calendar Event Type?
Graphical Calendars require the use of some placeholder areas to enable them for use on the web and to set a master schedule, which reduces the amount of manual setup required. You will only use these areas for Graphical Calendars and should not use them for any other event type or for booking tickets.
