Advantage webstores offer those who have booked an event the opportunity to invite attendees with personalized evites that include relevant details and can include links to any required waivers and an option for invitees to RSVP. Advantage Webstores contain several pre-made invitations by default that can be enabled and disabled as necessary and you can also create completely custom options for your guests to choose from. Providing evites for your guests allows them to advertise their events and collect a tentative tally of attendees to aid in their planning.  Invitations can also include address information for the party's location, the occasion being celebrated, and details about the type of event guests can expect. There are also Thank You options to acknowledge those who attended afterwards.

Guest Experience

Upon booking an event, users will receive a confirmation email that can include a link to send out invitations. The link will take the user to a page containing the available invitation templates to choose from, which they can also preview with filler information.

Once the user selects their desired invitation template, they can use the Add Guest button to add an invitee, including their first name, last name, and email address. These names are also added to the Guest Check in section of the event for easier check-in during the event.

At any point during the process, added guests' names can be selected, an optional custom Invitation Message can be added, and the user can choose to email or print out the invitations for the selected users. Alternatively, all the invitations can be printed or emailed at once.

Event hosts can return to this link any time in the future to add more guests and/or check how many people have responded with an RSVP.

Invitee Experience

Those who receive an email invitation will see the selected template with the appropriate information and custom message populated. 

If included in the template, an RSVP link will take invitees to a page where they can confirm their attendance or decline the invitation. Invitees can also include their own message in response.
