With a customizable online menu that syncs directly with your Advantage inventory, users can make hassle free orders and remain free to explore your attractions while they wait for their food.
Can I Use a Kitchen Display System?
Yes, Truffle has its own KDS that is fully integrated and allows kitchens to accurately track and bump orders. Other KDS solutions are also available. Read more about these options and their features and limitations here.
What is a Truffle GoBox?
A Truffle GoBox is a secure food locker in which completed orders can be placed to await pickup. Guests will be able to retrieve their food via a personal password or a simple scan, reducing mix-ups and allowing for completely contactless fulfillment.
How can Guests Access my Menu?
Guests have the freedom to order from anywhere when you provide menu QR codes or direct guests to your online menu and allow them to order food and beverage. Making an order is quick and easy and, when they are ready, guests can receive automated text messages for pickup or receive orders dropped by wait staff or runners throughout your facility (or anywhere else).
How are Sales Reported?
All sales via this integration are reported right along side the rest of your Advantage data.
Can I Offer Delivery?
Yes, Truffle has a number of partners that facilitate delivery. The ability to make orders from anywhere means Truffle's support creates the building blocks of a smooth delivery operation.
