It is possible to edit customer reward points from within Manager Console. You can also see a history of all changes.
- From Manager Console, click Customers.
- Double-click Customers.
- Search for the customer whose record you want to alter.
- Open the Info tab.
- Click Edit.
- Click Modify next to Reward Points.
- Enter a number in the Change To field.
- Click Change.
- Click Yes when prompted to verify your change.
- To see the change, click Modify again.
