Overview
Click-To-Pay is a feature that makes taking payments easier. It provides the ability for locations to generate a link, text, or QR code to send to their guests with a payment request for the amount of a deposit or payment. The guest clicks the link to a secure payment portal wherein they enter their information to make their payment safely.

Features
Pay at the Table
Pay At The Table is a payment option facilitated by Click-To-Pay that lets guests simply scan a QR image provided at the bottom of a bar/meal receipt. The QR code takes guests to a payment page where they’ll have the option to enter their chosen payment details and take care of their own bill.
Providing your guests with self-service options for paying their bill helps them get the buying experience they want and leaves your staff free to help other guests. Team members can drop off a check once, continue to add items as they're ordered and guests will be able to pay the entire thing with the same QR Code.
Secure Link Event Payments
With Secure Link Event Payment features, you’re able to send your guests a secure link directly to their email or phone number, which they'll use to submit payment. There will be no need to ever take credit card payments over the phone or wait for deposits to be paid in person. Additionally, once the guest provides the information, you can easily keep a secure token on file for future payments and event balances.
A/R Secure Link Invoices
The A/R Secure Link function within Click-To-Pay provides a link for a location’s accounting team to send to guest businesses requesting payment of their invoice. Rather than calling account representatives or waiting on checks to arrive, locations have the ability to send a convenient, secure link requesting payment for outstanding invoice balances.

Tickets can't be added to open checks with Click to Pay

Receipt returns of gratuity can't be performed

Click to pay transactions are not associated with customer records and therefore can't be used to accrue rewards points or be associated with any other account related promotion. Customers can still get these benefits by paying at the POS as usual.

Click to pay A/R is not compatible with payment plans.
Setup
Open Check Options
The following instructions will only work if you have Open Checks enabled, which you can read more about here.
- From Manager Console, click Maintenance.
- Double-click System Settings.
- Double-click Open Check Options.
- Select Print QR Codes on Receipts.
- Click OK.
Receipt Configuration
- From Manager Console, click Maintenance.
- Double-click System Settings.
- Double-click Receipt Tape.

Select the Division or Stations you want to add text to

Click Edit.

Select the QR Code Radio button at the bottom.

Type the text to print on the receipt above the QR code (centered looks best).

Click OK.
General System Settings
- From General System Settings, open the Tender tab.
- Select Enable Send Payment Link and, optionally, Enable Texting Link.
- Click OK.
