- From Signage Editor, right click the Screens folder.
- Select New Screen.
- Name the screen.
- Click OK.
- From the Toolbox tab, drag and drop the BasicMenuBoard item onto the canvas.
- If necessary, zoom out using the zoom tool.
- Drag the corners of the menu to be the correct size.
- Open the Properties tab.
- Verify you are editing the BasicMenuBoard item by checking in the upper left corner of the properties tab.
- Expand the Other section.
- Click the ellipses next to Column1MenuItems (this will edit the first of two columns in the menu board).
- Click Add.
- Select a database item from the pull-down list next to ItemNo.
- Add as many items as necessary to the first column.
- Click OK.
- Click the ellipses next to Column2MenuItems.
- Click Add.
- Select a database item from the pull-down list next to ItemNo.
- Add as many items as necessary to the second column.
- To add a header row, click and drag MenuBoardHeader from the toolbox onto the canvas.
- Drag the corners until it is the correct size.
- Open the Properties tab.
- Enter the text next to the word Text under the Other category.
- Change the text font and size as necessary.
- To change the color, expand the Brushes category.
- Click the box next to Foreground to select the color.
