• Group Event Notes Scrollbar:
  Adds a scrollbar to the notes field in group events, making it easier to review and edit long notes.
• Event Waiver Linking:
  Ability to embed event-specific waiver links directly into email templates. When a guest completes a waiver through this link, it’s automatically tied to the event and their information is pre-filled in the check-in form. It also allows shareable links for social media. 
•  Event Link Codes in Evites:
  Embed waiver link tokens directly into invites, allowing guests to complete their waiver and accept the invitation simultaneously.
• Per-Event Email Routing:
  Customize the from email address for each event type within Manager Console. Specifying unique sender addresses, rather than relying on a single default, ensures messages come from the most appropriate and recognizable source.

Membership Improvements

• Limited Duration and Fixed-Term Memberships:
  Adds support for memberships that automatically expire after a defined period.
• Updated Billing Term Language:
   Clear membership pricing and any recurring billing details appear directly in the cart and at checkout. Billing term text now reflects current federal requirements for online cancellation and agreements will also include billing term addendums. The system will display a warning if these agreements are disabled.
• Installment Plans:
  Enables purchases to be split across multiple scheduled payments.
• Custom Initial Payments:
  Allows a configurable upfront payment amount when creating an installment plan.

Payment and Fraud Prevention Enhancements

• Credit Card Post-Auth Gratuity Limit:
  Adds configurable limits on gratuity amounts added after authorization.
• Credit Card Refund Security:
  Introduces safeguards to reduce unauthorized or incorrect credit card refund processing. When a refund exceeds a predefined limit, it now requires a dedicated security permission assigned by default only to general managers, which helps prevent fraud and refund scams. 
• Tokenize Credit Cards at POS, Groups and Online:
  Securely stores tokenized card data on site and for online orders to support streamlined refunds and adjustments.
• Support for PAX A35 Device:
  Adds compatibility with the PAX A35 signature capture device, which allows guests to sign digitally for faster, more secure transactions.
• Refund Receipt Report Enhancements:
  Expands refund reporting to include additional transaction details for reconciliation.

Web Enhancements

• Advance Booking by Event Type:
  Set minimum and maximum days-out booking rules for each event type directly in the Manager Console.
• Date Picker Defaults to Next Available Day:
  Automatically selects the next available booking online when other slots are full, eliminating the need to click into multiple days to find an opening.
• Updates to Web Group Form:
  The updated Web Groups functionality now allows operators to create entirely new navigation tabs in the webstore using the “Add to Nav Bar” option. Users can now build standalone tabs that contain any type of item, including events, attractions, or other non-retail offerings.

  add new customers instantly using a driver’s license scanner at the POS. With a compatible Honeywell scanner, team members can capture customer information in seconds. No manual entry required. 
• A/R Customer Information Updated:
  When searching in Accounts Receivable, you now see both the company and contact name, making it quicker and easier to locate the right customer without confusion.
• Simplified Discount Rounding:
  Automatically round to the nearest dollar for cleaner pricing and faster transactions
