Advantage Time Clock stores important information about your employees as they clock in and out, but it also lets you alter that data by manually clocking an employee in or out, or by changing existing times.
Manually Clock an Employee In or Out

- From Manager Console, click Time Clock.
- Double-click Edit Time Clock Data.
- Click Add New Time Clock Data next to the employee.
- Enter the Clock In Date.
- Enter the Clock In Time.
- If you need to add a clock out time, deselect Remain Clocked In.
- Enter the Clock Out Time.
- Select the Department this employee was clocking into.
- Select the Type of Break, if this change reflects a break.
- Enter Notes about why this change was made if applicable.
- Click OK.
See Who's Clocked In
You can easily see who is clocked in or on break and monitor the number of hours an employee has worked.
- From Manager Console, click Time Clock.
- Double-click Who's Clocked In.
- Employees clocked in and employees clocked out on break show as well as other data about the employees.
Audit Time Clock Data
- From Manager Console, click Time Clock.
- Double-click Edit Time Clock Data.
- Find and select the employee who's data you want to view.
- Click Audit next to the data you want to examine.
- Time Clock Modifications for that shift show including the previous and changed times and the name of the employee it was Modified By.
